I founded BizSell.ca to bring institutional-grade M&A discipline to the small and mid-sized businesses that are the backbone of the British Columbia economy. For most owners, selling their business is the single largest financial event of their lives — and they only get one chance to do it right. That deserves more than a classified listing and a handshake.
With an MBA and more than 17 years in business advisory, valuation, and transactions, I've worked across trades, hospitality, manufacturing, professional services, transportation, and technology. I combine rigorous financial analysis — DCF, market multiples, normalized EBITDA and SDE — with a genuine understanding of the emotional weight of letting go of something you built.
Greater Vancouver is one of the most diverse business markets in North America, and that shapes how I work. A significant share of the most motivated, well-capitalized buyers here are newcomers and immigrant investors — many of them most comfortable in Farsi, Chinese, Korean, or Arabic. BizSell runs in all five languages so a seller's business reaches the deepest possible pool of qualified buyers, confidentially.
