5. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services are outlined in our service agreements. Specific terms regarding retainers, success fees, consulting rates, and other charges will be detailed in writing before services commence. All fees are subject to the terms specified in your individual service agreement.

6. Confidentiality

We take confidentiality seriously. We will not disclose identifying information about your business to potential buyers without your consent. However, you acknowledge that selling a business requires sharing certain information with qualified, pre-screened buyers who have signed non-disclosure agreements.

7. No Guarantee of Sale

While we work diligently to find qualified buyers and facilitate successful transactions, BizSell.ca does not guarantee that your business will sell, that it will sell at any particular price, or within any particular timeframe. The success of a business sale depends on many factors beyond our control, including market conditions, business performance, and buyer availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BizSell.ca shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your information
• Statements or conduct of any third party in connection with our services
• Any failure to complete a sale transaction
• Any other matter relating to our services

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BizSell.ca and its principals, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your use of our services, or any misrepresentation you make regarding your business.
